Product description

The basis of the nougat variations is hazelnut or almond paste, which Lubeca produces from freshly roasted hazelnut kernels or almonds. Depending on the type of nougat and the desired degree of roasting, the dried fruit is roasted to a light to dark brown colour and ground into paste by granite mills. The roasting time and roasting temperature are important for the differently defined degrees of roasting.
