PEATEX

Peatex® is available in the form of flakes/texturates and in the form of powders. Possibilities: Various particle sizes. The range is from Peatex® G100 extra fine to Peatex® G300 which is relatively coarse. The fine powders are well suited for fine minced meat products and for blends. The Peatex® G100 extra fine can also be used for injection. The coarse powders should be used in relatively coarse meat products.Rape seed oil added to reduce the dust when poured into the mixer. The flakes/texturates are available with two different particle sizes and natural or in a brown color: Peatex® Flakes S with a particle size about 2-3 mm, natural or brownPeatex® Flakes L with a particle size about 4-7 mm, natural or brown.Peatex® Flakes are used in coarse meat products and burgers. The production is BRC, Halal, Kosher and organic certified.
