Intestinal permeation enhancers are excipients included in formulations to improve the absorption of an API by enhancing membrane permeation. Jost Chemical offers high purity, compressible Sodium Caprate and Sodium Caprylate as permeation enhancers of oral delivery systems for therapeutic drugs with poor bioavailability, such as Insulin.
