Raw marzipan (almond paste) with the finest possible taste made from sweet Mediterranean almonds (M0), from sweet Californian almonds (M0CAL) or from sweet Californian and a higher content of bitter almonds (MI). Raw marzipan has the highest content of almonds and the least sugar of all marzipan variants. Our raw marzipan has a full-bodied aroma and is used in bakeries, confectioneries, patisseries and the sweet industry.
