REDUCED produces sustainable natural flavor solutions by recycling side streams from the food and agriculture industry. Always with a focus on taste, quality and sustainability.

We believe that taste is the key to reducing side streams from the food and agriculture industry. Fermentation is, for us, a tool used to create intense taste experiences. We have reinvented flavorful nuances by reshaping traditional fermentation processes. The result is natural and unique flavor solutions that do not compromise on taste and intensity.

We use side streams as the main component in our products. The side streams originate from various food producers and agricultural companies. We use side streams such as apple hulls, retired egg-laying hens, beach crabs, broken rice and lentils as well as second-sort vegetables.

We have a unique production facility in Copenhagen. The facility is certified for organic production. Here we have successfully scaled our flavor solutions to commercial products. The production and technology stand out as we can transform a number of different side streams into different commercialized flavor solutions.

We create industrial solutions that make the taste experience of tasty food flourish. Our solutions stand out by being made from side streams, being natural, having a clean label and a unique flavor profile. The solutions are available in liquid and powder form. We offer solutions for foodservice within four product categories:
