Sabarot Wassner is a 200-year-old company specializing in the supply of dried vegetables, mushrooms, snails, canned or frozen. Since 1819 Sabarot Wassner is a reference in the field of Puy green lentils. For the last 30 years we have been sifting and distributing wild mushrooms (Morels, Cèpes, Chanterelles) dry, canned or frozen. In the case of Burgundy snails, Helix Lucorum and Achatines, we master all the phases of production: provenance, quality, calibration, packaging and marketing.
