ScanPro™ Beef 95 - series

Product description

These protein solutions are made from 100 % beef raw material and processed using a highly advanced technology that concentrates the beef protein through thermal and mechanical treatments. The different particle sizes in these proteins make them suitable for both ground products, emulsions and injection.
This halal-certified range is specially developed for injection into whole meats and for prviding the ideal cohesiveness in reformed products. For use in emulsified products, ScanPro™ Beef 95 can be added direclty into the bowl chooper or mixer.
