SUNBLOOM Proteins is a manufacturer of functional, plant-based protein ingredients from sunflowers.

Using all fractions of sunflower kernels for human consumption we want to contribute to a more sustainable use of our resources, since today almost half of a sunflower seed can only be used as animal feed.  

The new sunflower protein SUNBLOOM® is characterized by its attractive functionality and sensory properties. It can therefore be used in many food applications. SUNBLOOM is free from GMO and not subject to allergen labelling.
