Product description

Lecithin is a generic term to designate any group of yellow-brownish fatty substances occurring in plant tissues composed of phospholipids (phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, phosphatidylserine and phosphatidylinositol). Lecithin is extracted from readily available sources such as soybean, sunflower and rapeseed. Powder lecithin is used and dairy, infant formulas, functional and sport foods, phamaceutical applications, pet food, aquacultre (shrimp) and anmial feeds. We offer both conventional and organic powder sunflower/sobyean/rapeseed lecithins.
