The VERY Food Co is a start-up that develops plant-based alternatives to egg and dairy products in culinary applications. The Very Food Co's founder is a 4th generation food entrepreneur with a strong network in distribution, manufacturing and sales.
The VERY Food Co addresses the barriers to switching to an animal-free diet by replicating the taste profile, texture and appearance of animal-based ingredients used in everyday and professional cooking. An overlooked aspect of the food revolution has been cooking itself.
VERY is enabling change without changing people's habits in the kitchen by building plant-based ingredients for cooking. VERY is starting with the most used ingredients in Western cuisine: eggs, with the Nomelet, and butter, which will be their second product.
