Product description

This sugar is made from sugar cane. In order to produce it, the sugar in the plants is extracted, purified and concentrated. Then it can be crystallized or not. So we can offer uncrystallized sugars (whole sugars) or crystallized sugars. In this category, we can offer a large range of color :
- White : < 70 ICUMSA
- Extra-light : from 70 to 500 ICUMSA
- Light Brown : from 500 to 1300 ICUMSA
- Dark Brown : > 1300 ICUMSA
