This award winning and innovative superfood ingredient has all the nutritional properties of microalgae yet its neutral taste, flavour and colour makes it an ideal complement to conventional ingredients such as wheat-, rice-, soy-, pea- and fava in a broad variety of formulations.

This product is cultivated and produced at our FSSC 22000 certified production facilites in Denmark and The Netherlands and does only consist of fermented and dried Chlorella algae. It's vegan, plant-based and protein-rich properties with a unique organoleptic profile enable application in formulations that previously has not been possible due to algae’s natural high content of chlorophyll and strong off-notes.

The ingredient is Halal and Kosher certified and is used in meat-, fish- and seafood analogues as well as in hybrids and conventional bakery, savoury and dairy products since it helps to boost the nutritional values and overall quality perception of products and brand.
