It could cleave active products such as small protein peptides, immunopeptides, anti-kinetic peptides, yeast metabolites, thymidine, soy glycosides, proteases, warm active sugars and mannans.
Product features: "Immunomodulation, promoting digestion, gaining weight rapidly and anti-stress" are the four main effects of this products
The yeast culture is produced by isolated protein powder, organic protein, active sugar and plant flavonoids which were fermented by three kinds of yeast strains with three kinds of proteins, and one herbaceous plant flavonoids.
Functional and efficacy:
Increased vaccine protection rates, extended peak egg production for 45-60 days and rebound a late egg production rate about 3%-6%.
It only takes three days for the manure to dry and form. There is no overfeeding. The eggshells are brightly coloured. There was a significant reduction in broken eggs, blood-spotted eggs and sandy eggs..
3. This product is enriched with metabolic enzymes, which significantly improves the digestive efficiency of hens by more than 5% and effectively reduces the feed-to-egg ratio..
The chicks have no "maternal" beneficial flora, so Avian Longan stimulates the formation of endogenous microbiota in the intestinal tract and promotes the growth of intestinal villi, reducing the occurrence of diarrhoea and overfeeding in chicks.
4.This product is enriched with metabolic enzymes, which significantly improves the digestive efficiency of hens by more than 5% and effectively reduces the feed-to-egg ratio.
5. The cell wall of the yeast mannans could enhance the immunity of the body and improve the survival rate of chicks.
As they are rich in pyrimidines and active nutrients, and that can significantly improve the stress resistance and remarkable effect on vaccine, heat and cold stress as well as in group transfer and transportation.
Improve the high temperature tolerance of laying hens,, alleviate the heat stress of laying hens, and improve the production performance.
Because of rich in yeast metabolites, active small peptides and other functional substances, the products can replace soybean meal and other protein raw materials.
Rich in functional substances such as yeast metabolites and active small peptides, it can be used as a substitute for protein raw materials such as soybean meal.
Recommended dosage: 2% -5% per ton of full price feed
Recommended use scheme of Yeast Culture:
Chickens: 20kg/tonne of Yeast Culture in the diet, you can remove the other live bacteria and enzyme complex and 20kg of soybean meal.
Peak egg-laying period: to strengthen immunity and prolong the peak egg-laying period. Add 20kg/tonne of Yeast Culture to the diet and remove other live bacteria etc. from the diet, while you can directly replace 5kg of oil and 15kg of soya meal; or use 30kg of Yeast Culture and replace 20kg of soya meal and 10kg of oil; to improve digestibility and improve eggshell quality.
Add 20kg/tonne of Yeast Culture in the late egg-laying period to remove other live bacteria from the diet, while you can directly replace 20kg of soybean meal; or use 30kg of Yeast Culture to replace 20kg of soybean meal and 10kg of oil; significantly reduce egg breakage, reduce fatty liver and prolong the high laying period.
Yeast culture - is a complex of three strains of enzyme brewing mother engineering bacteria jointly selected . It is a new type of microbial product produced by using imported active sugars as substrate, combined with high density culture fermentation of plant raw materials and using the process of maximizing target metabolites. The product is rich in active sugars and highly active metabolites of yeast.
At present, the three-stage liquid deep high-density culture (all liquid substrates use imported active raw materials), aerobic anaerobic two-stage solid fermentation and low-temperature continuous drying technology is the first brewer's yeast culture production technology to obtain its own patent in China. The high density production and high metabolites enable the product to rapidly increase the dry matter intake of animals, significantly increase the growth rate and improve digestibility.
High density metabolites nourish rumen microbes :
Promote utilization of lactic acid.
Improve PH.
Metabolite.
Stimulate of the ruminal microorganisms.
Increased rumen microbial communityIncrease the Fiber digestibility.
Promote the use of ammonia.
7. Promote the microbial protein synthesis.
The results of a study on meat sheep showed that Yeast Culture increased the total number of rumen microorganisms by 30%, significantly increased the proportion of isovaleric acid, increased fibro-degrading bacteria by 40%-50% on average, and increased the concentration of fungi and lactic acid utilising bacteria, but had no proliferative effect on non-beneficial bacteria such as E. coli.
Yeast Culture can increase fibrous decomposition bacteria by 40% -50% in the rumen, which can make the ruminal microorganisms and beef cattle, mutton sheep to obtain more energy from fibrous feedstuff and feed more coarse material.
For the high use of the diet with high energy deficiency from roughage, miscellaneous meal or NPN,it not only improves the rate of conversion of RDP, but also controls the breeding cost on the basis of helping the rumen to achieve nitrogen balance.
In a study on meat sheep , the rate and magnitude of pH decrease was less after 3-6 hours of feeding, and the rumen pH was 0.19 higher than the control group. this promoted the proliferation of filamentous bacilli succinate and ruminant lunar monocytic bacteria, which accelerated the conversion of propionic acid; and increased the number of Escherichia coli, which directly converted lactic acid to propionic acid. As a result of the simultaneous action of both, the accumulation of lactic acid was controlled, the pH of the rumen was stabilized, and the rumen energy supply was improved.
The effect of adding yeast culture, to the diet on the growth and development of calves. The test was conducted with 90 beef calves at 2.5 months of age, 45 calves in the test group and 45 calves in the control group, and 45 g of yeast culture, Izakan, was added to each calf in the test group per day. (China Cattle Science, 2019,45 (6): 14-17)
Effects:
14.9% increase in dry matter intake.
24.6% increase in daily weight gain.
3. a decrease in the feed-to-weight ratio
4. faster body development.
5. increased feed digestibility.
6. increased resistance
Feed regimen of Yeast culture
Meat sheep 10 -20 g per day
Calves 20 – 40 g per day
Growing cattle 50-80 g per day.
Note: This product is a pure fermentation product, and rich in a large number of active metabolic substances. it is recommended to keep in a cool and dry place.
