Nisin/nisina is a natural polypeptide antibacterial produced by strains of Lactococcus lactis subsp lactis.Nisin from Yotabio is a fermentation-based antimicrobial product against spores and different type of gram-positive(G+) spoilage and pathogenic bacteria like Bacillus cereus and Listeria monocytogenes.
