Deosen offers a wide range of products which includes Ziboxan® FT-xanthan gum food grade transparent. It is a high molecular weight polysaccharide. It is produced by fermentation of carbonhydrate with xanthomonas campestris. It is used as a rheology control agent in aqueous systems and as a stabilizer for emulsions and suspensions.
