Arctos Fondant 10 is a water-based pomade (sugar paste) with a natural, white colour, a sweet taste and a typical pomade aroma. It works great as a base for chocolate and praline fillings. It is also ideal for producing figurines and other decorative elements made of pomade. The fondant can be mixed with colorants, aromas, fruit concentrates and alcohol.
