Arctos Fondant 20 is a water-based pomade (sugar paste) with a natural, white colour, a sweet taste and a typical aroma. It is particularly designed for the production of shiny glazing, creamy fillings and decorating delicate confectionery. It can be mixed with colorants, aromas, fruit concentrates and alcohol.
