Arugula paste

Product description

Fresh arugula treated by Orti dei Berici is cultivated in the Po Valley and results in a fresh, semi-processed product with an intense colour and flavour.
Arugola paste is cold processed and packed in aseptic bags. The product has to be stored and transported at chilled temperature.
This product is used by food manufactury that produce backery, pizza, sauces, dressing etc.
Shelf life is about 3 moths at 0/+4°C or 18 months at -18°C.
