Our black pepper are sourced from small farmers located around the beautiful rainforests of the Uluguru and East Usambara Mountains of Tanzania and are fully traceable to the farm level. Our black pepper comes in different quality grades based on the density of the peppercorns, ranging from 400 to 580 grams per liter (g/l). Spiral cleaned, sieved and dried to a maximum humidity of 12% with organic and inorganic matter of less than 1% . We offer both organic and conventional options to meet diverse needs. Black pepper is widely used to enhance flavors, stimulate appetite, and support digestion, and it pairs well with both sweet and savory dishes globally.
