We offer scraped CZ4, Stick and unscraped (Chenga) . Sample testing of DNA and oils has shown mainland Tanzania cinnamon is the same variety as that from Sri Lanka and Madagascar or Cinnamon Zeylanicum. Our Cinnamon is crushed prior to shipping for efficiency, except for the Cinnamon Stick and Clients requirement.
