Carmoisine / aluminum lakes

Vidhi dyestuffs manufactures wide range of food colour products which includes carmoisine. It belongs to synthetic water solubles products category. It consists essentially of disodium 4-hydroxy-3-(4-sulfonato-1-naphthylazo) naphthalene-1-sulfonate and subsidiary colouring matters together with sodium chloride and/or sodium sulfate as the principal uncoloured components. It is described as the sodium salt. It is a free -flowing blendable powder, free from lumps or visible impurities. It is a Kosher & halal certified.
