This oleoresin is derived from a very detailed proprietary processing of the cocoa husk to obtain chocolate / caramel flavour that is highly soluble in water. It is rich in polyphenols and has presence of theobromine in the product. The thick paste is easily disbursed into water and leaves no sediments making it very useful for use in confectionary and Flavor industry.
