Easy to use, the powder brings colour, taste (umami notes) and texture to the product. It also optimises the nutritional values (fibre and salt content), while promoting a circularity approach and reducing the environmental impact. It is part of our Ferment'Up product range: the first range of Fermented & Upcycled ingredients. Green Spot Technologies produces and supplies ingredients from co-products, such as tomato pulp for Ferment'Up - Tomato, using an innovative and eco-designed fermentation process. Our multifunctional ingredients offer major advantages in terms of improving nutritional profile, reducing environmental impact and simplifying the composition of formulations.
