Fruit Pulp/Puree

Product description

VOG Products offers a wide range of products under ingredients for baking and confectionery category which includes fruit pulp/puree. Fresh and ripe fruits are delivered in large-scale pallet boxes and subsequently subjected to quality controls. They are cleaned, sorted by hand, ground and passed through a sieve. The size of the sieve can vary and can therefore be adapted to customer requirements. The fruit puree is subsequently pasteurized and put into interim storage in tanks. Fruits such as apples, pears, peaches and apricots are available. Packaging: 5/1 kg size or 3/1 kg size, 6 cans to each box.
