Fruitose A is non-GMO, food grade crystalline fructose, derived from sugar. It is the sweetest natural choice for producers of high quality foods and beverages. Fruitose® has a GI of 20 (Glucose = 100, Sucrose = 70). Its sweetness is boosted when used with artificial sweetener. White to off-white odorless crystals, it has clean sweet taste, sweeter than sucrose. It is suitable for syrups and liquid products. It is best used within twenty four (24) months from date of production. It is kosher and halal certified.
