Easily recognizable, label-friendly
GENU® Pectin is derived from citrus peel and is used to help protect
and stabilize protein in dairy applications. It also adds thickness,
creaminess, suspension and mouthfeel, to a variety of foods and beverages,
including jams and jellies, fruit preparations, yogurts (including short and
long shelf-life drinking yogurts), fruit-flavored drinks and confectionery, as
well as low-acid and reduced-sugar applications.
