Spicy paprika (Capsicum annuum) was the first
product of our company. The varieties we grow are the result of more than 200
years of breeding and are fully adapted to the local vegetables cultivation
practices and local weather conditions. The capacity is 600 T per year.
Compared to other origins, our paprika is characterized by a bright red colour of dishes it is used in, while the paprika from other parts of the world is more of a Bordeaux colour. It also retains the colour intensity longer and is therefore suitable for the production of smoked meat products. The biggest advantage of our paprika is certainly in the taste, unlike other origins that have a certain bitterness and acidity, it gives dishes a fresher, more fruity and milder taste.
