Havero Hoogwegt presents its complete portfolio of dairy ingredients with focus on:- Hapro Yo functional dairy proteins for yoghurt; Hapro Ice dairy formulations for cost price reduction in ice; Hapro Cheese ready to use, based on milk protein, for analogue cheese; Dairy proteins rennet and acid casein - caseinate, MPC 50 - 85; Whey derivatives -whey protein concentrate 30 - 80, whey protein isolate, whey protein hydrolysate, whey permeate and milk permeate. We are selling for usage in following applications:- yoghurt, ice cream, chocolate, cheese, bakery, sweets, desserts, health & sports nutrition.
