From pulses we obtain flours and semi-finished products rich in protein and fibre, naturally gluten-free, allergen-free and GMO free. We supply both native (NATIVA), heat-treated (HTP) ingredients and EXTRA GRITS, each of them fully customizabile in terms of grain size.
