Meat Analogue Mix Burger is a plant based dry mix for food and CPG manufacturers specifically developed for the production of meat alternatives products, such as burgers, vegan meatballs, fillings and stuffings, whose appearance, juiciness and texture have nothing to envy to meat.
Meat Analogue Mix is made from pulses, totally soy-free, GMO-free, gluten-free and, being a dry powder, it is a shelf-stable product (with 24 months shelf-life). It has a very short ingredient list: only four ingredients, with the largest component being pulses. Among its excellent properties are its high versatility, great structuring performance and outstanding mouthfeel. It is also very quick and easy to prepare: you only need to add water and vegetable oil to obtain the finished product, ready to be cooked.
