Inulin Organic

Inulin and fructooligosaccharide (fos) are extracted from jerusalem artichoke by hot water extraction, ion exchange purification, and spray drying. Both inulin and fos are all natural and usda organic certified. It is a mixture of beta-fructans extracted from natural jerusalem artichoke. It has the characteristics and functions of soluble fiber and oligosaccharides and can be used as sugar and fat substitutes. Packing and storage: 55.15lbs/25 kg paper bags with PE inner liner or 150 lbs in fiber drum. Shelf life: at least three years in opened original packing.
