Taking advantage of the cultural heritage of Spain and access to local raw material, Isenolic® was born as a sustainable olive leaf ingredient standardized to ≥4% elenolic acid (ELA) by HPLC for prevention and relief of viral infections. Elenolic acid is one of the most important olive secondary metabolites. It is the main active responsible for the olive leaves longevity and it has shown to inhibit neuraminidase activity*. Several studies have reported that ELA provides antioxidants, promoting immunity, and may help relief cold-like symptoms.
Pharmactive introduces a new immunity ingredient, targeting viral infections as natural, effective, and safe solutions. Moreover, it has a multi-target mechanism of action to stop the virus life cycle, being proved as a natural source of neuraminidase inhibitors, which are recommended by WHO for viral infection management.
