Lallemand Bio-Ingredients Savor-Lyfe® SSC is a yeast extract derived from yeast of the genus Saccharomyces cerevisiae with theaddition of natural flavoring. The result is an allergen-free light brown powder with characteristic umami, savory impact and the classicsoy sauce flavor notes. Add Savor-Lyfe® SSC to soups, sauces, marinades, snacks and spice blends, to enjoy soy sauce flavor.We recommend a dosage of 0,1-0,4% in end product, according to the application and intensity needed. Savor-Lyfe® SSC doesn’t contain added salt.
