NDF AZTECA Milling manufactures Masa flours using the traditional ,exican process of nixtamalization (GRUMA's patented alkaline cooking process) which is consists in cooking corn in water and lime.
We provide a wide range of masa flours, specific for every application. For frid products as Tortilla Chips and Tacos, or for Table tortillas. Then the ones specific for Pellet and Baked products.
