Meat Analogue Mix Ground Meat is a plant based dry mix for food and CPG manufacturers specifically developed for the production of meat alternatives products, such as plant-based ground, ideal for preparations like bolognese style sauce, chili con carne and tacos or burrito fillings.
Meat Analogue Mix is made from pulses, totally CLEAN LABEL, soy-free, GMO-free, gluten-free and, being a dry powder, it is a shelf-stable product (with 24 months shelf-life). It has a very short ingredient list: only four ingredients, with the largest component being pulses. Among its excellent properties are its high versatility, great structuring performance and outstanding mouthfeel. It is also very quick and easy to prepare: you only need to add water and vegetable oil to obtain the finished product, ready to be cooked.
