Product description

MELTEC® innovative patented product: semi-solid ingredientfor sugars and syrups replacement. Based only on ingredients of natural origin: vegetable fibres from legumes and cereals. Product structure islong and thick due to the fibrous nature with both soluble and insoluble fibres. Product characteristics:
  • 30% sugar replacement virtually in all applications
  • Humectant
  • Additive replacement (i.e. Sorbitol, Glycerin)
  • Texturizer
  • Binding agent
  • Cryoprotectant & effect on freezing point
  • Thickener
  • Bulking agent
  • Neutral in taste & odorless
  • Not a sweetener
  • No sugar (<1%)
  • 70-75% vegetable fi bres (66% dietary fibres)
