Our natural essential mustard oil is obtained by steam distillation of the oriental mustard pressed cake. The main component of the essential mustard oil is Allyl isothiocyanate (AITC). Allyl isothiocyanate is a colourless to pale yellow, oily liquid with irritating odour. Allyl isothiocyanate (AITC) has the potential to be used as flavouring, antibacterial, antifungal, antifermentative and antibrowning agent in food industry. Application: extensively used in manufacture process of wasabi, different sauces, mayonnaise, and as a natural antimicrobial agent in foods and food packaging.Shelf life: 24 months
Packing:  1kg/2.5 kg/4 kg/6.25 kg aluminium bottle in carton box or 10 l /20 l /50 l /200 l stainless steel barrel
