NATUDRY-OAT 17. Our oat powder provides savoury oat taste, viscosity, crispness, prevents crystallization, attractive short sugar content (DP1 & DP2 <10%), cleaner labelling “oat extract powder” or “dehydrated oat syrup” instead of “maltodextrin”.
The oat range also includes NATU-OAT 35 & 62: These oat syrups offer sweetness, sugar & glucose syrup substitutes, oat ﬂavour, natural colour, crispness, viscosity, etc.
