industry, Lactalis Ingredients has perfected a non-denaturing process to
selectively extract the native whey protein directly from milk. Pronativ® is produced using a physical process with membrane technology only, no
additives nor chemicals are used. Except the first step of milk pasteurization
with no impact on the protein native quality, Pronativ® is produced at low temperature.
Pronativ® is close to its original form in milk, preserving its excellent biological value and amino acid profile. Thanks to the process, we are able to supply an isolate up to 95% protein on dry basis.
