After extensive research and various experiments, we were able to develop, first of all, a special soya powder made from 100% soya and without the use of chemicals, with an NSI (Nitrogen Solubility Index) of 98/100%, thus avoiding the resulting waste in terms of product (okara) and water, as well as the associated energy consumption. In addition, our soya powder has been developed to reach different taste targets, thanks to which our customers win the panel tests with great distance from their competitors who produce with the traditional system.Our soy powder is also an excellent support for our customers because of the versatility it has from a protein point of view: depending on the dosage the customer decides to put in, he can achieve the desired target without any surprises. The versatility of our soya powder is also developed in the type of products that can be obtained: yoghurt, desserts, ice cream, sauces such as mayonnaise, but also industrial tofu.
