Product description
The product is made mostly with soy protein and
rice, which are then cooked together and extruded afterwards to get a crunchy
and voluminous product. It is used in a wide variety of foods, such as sweets,
ice crème, toppings, muesli, chocolate products and bars. To get the desired colour and taste
cocoa is added before the extrusion and afterwards coated with cocoa and sugar. An alternative soy crispies type without coating is available.
