Ingreland is the largest sucralose manufacturer in the world, offering high-quality sucralose for various applications. Sucralose is a non-nutritive, zero-calorie artificial sweetener that is approximately 600 times sweeter than sucrose (table sugar).It is produced from sucrose through a process where three chlorine atoms replace three hydroxyl groups, resulting in a stable sweetener that can withstand high temperatures.
Ingreland's sucralose is available in a white crystalline powder form or an aqueous product containing 25% by weight sucralose.Unlike other artificial sweeteners, sucralose is stable when heated and can be used in baked and fried foods.
