Specially desgined for cheese manufacturers, this product can be an excellent ingredient for a Truffle Fondue or Truffle Raclette, as it comes with the proper aroma balance that will gently show itself in the cheese. The practical metal packaging allows easy opening, its unbreakable, allows safe transport, and it is easy to recycle.This is a sterilized product, ready to use, and can be stored at room temperature for 2 years. Contains additional truffle aroma.
