This product has been created with fully matured summer truffles being chopped to 1-2 mm particles, to create the most basic ingredient for meat and cheese producers, who want to incorporate truffles into their products. With only 7% of water content, this product is the first truffle product that manufacturers should try in their recipes, pontentially blending it with our TRUFO Truffle Aroma for a strong presence of the flavour. The practical metal packaging allows easy opening, its unbreakable, allows safe transport, and it is easy to recycle.This is a sterilized product, ready to use, and can be stored at room temperature for 2 years.
