VITACEL® AF is a dietary fiber concentrate manufactured from dried, juice extracted apples. Roughly 100 apples are needed to obtain 1 kg of VITACEL AF Apple Fiber. The gentle concentration of our apple fiber preserves antioxidant properties, delivers appealing color and provides a balanced ratio between soluble and insoluble dietary fiber. VITACEL® AF Apple Fiber is a perfect choice for fiber enrichement of cereal and bakery products, spreads or fillings.
