Product description

We have three types of Xanthan Gum  Food Grade Powder- Xanthan gum is a popular ingredient in salad dressings and sauces. It stabilizes the emulsion and helps to avoid oil separation, despite the fact that it is not an emulsifier. Spices and other solid particles are also suspended by the use of xanthan gum. In many ice cream recipes, xanthan gum contributes to the desirable texture. Cosmetics Grade Powder- Xanthan gum is used in cosmetics to make water gels.[8] To promote droplet coalescence, it is also utilized in oil-in-water emulsions. Initial studies on the possible applications of xanthan gum in tissue engineering to create hydrogels and scaffolds that support the creation of three-dimensional tissue are underway. Oil Drilling Grade Powder- Large amounts of xanthan gum are used in the oil sector to thicken drilling mud. The solids that the drilling bit has cut are brought to the surface by these fluids. An enhanced "low end" rheology is provided by xanthan gum. The solids stay suspended in the drilling fluid after the circulation is stopped.
