Molino 4.0 produces conventional and organic whole oat flour and oat bran coming from Italian supply chain. Molino 4.0 oat products are steam conditioned. Steam preserves product properties, neutralizes the bitter taste and increases the water absorption capacity of oat starch.

WHOLE OAT FLOUR is suitable for:
