Aglupectin® Citrus Pectin

Thanks to its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, located in southern Italy (Rende), JRS Silvateam Ingredients is able to produce a comprehensive range of citrus pectins, commercialised under Aglupectin® brand name.

Pectin applications extend from traditional uses, like jams, fruit preparations and confectionary, to emerging sectors such as nutraceuticals and acidified beverages.

JRS Silvateam Ingredients plant is able to use as raw materials both fresh and dried citrus peels, as well as to adapt the production to match specific customer requirements.
