Their destruction or imbalance seriously affects the strength of our body’s defenses (one of the reasons why the obligatory use of probiotics is recommended when using antibiotics).
A striking fact is that after 7 days of antibiotic administration, it takes 18 to 24 months to restore the intestinal flora – good bacteria in the correct number and balance!
Probiotics can compensate for only 30% of our good intestinal flora.
