Citrate is the salt of citric acid and occurs naturally, for example in citrus fruits. Below you will find an overview of the properties and possible uses of our citrates in food. Functions:
pH regulator, flavour enhancer, stabiliser, emulsifier.
Application:
Alcoholic beverages, carbonated soft drinks, sports and energy drinks, baby food, bakery, confectionery, sweet spreads, meat, seafood.
